Easy Solution for the Beer Nuts at the Track
(Odds and Ends)
Once again at Richmond International Raceway we saw that morons are still able to purchase NASCAR tickets! Even worse these morons were drunk as usual! The next time these idiot members of Earnhardt Nation pull their antics swift punishment needs to result. Throwing them in the drunk tank in jail won't do a damn bit of good since they probably call that their second home anyway. So other than disqualifying them for financing on their No. 88 tattoo, the only other way to prevent this behavior is to gross them out. Round these imbeciles up using video or whatever other means you need to identify them and make them clean up the track! No not with brooms or mops. Make them lick the beer off the racetrack with their tongues! That is an easy solution to remove the beer nuts from the sport for once and all!
Earnhardt Nation Seeking Happy Medium
Despite being solidly at the top of the Cup standings the pressure to win a race is starting to take its toll on Dale Earnhardt Jr. Seventy-two races and counting it has been over two years since Junior fans got to celebrate. Junior Nation seems to be in a collective funk! Is that why their guy seems so depressed? Recently Dale Earnhardt Jr started sporting whiskers again. I sure hope he didn't vow to not shave until he wins a race. The way his luck and Kyle Busch's bumper are going it could be a while longer. Or could it be lucky number seventy-three this week at Darlington? Having an Earnhardt win in the first race after the new pavement would be great script writing. In the meantime Earnhardt Nation will consider trying a séance' with the Intimidator to get Junior back to Victory Lane!
Politically Correct NASCAR Sucks
Most older race fans fell in love with NASCAR because these guys were rebels! But somewhere along the way to super sport status NASCAR started becoming politically correct. Yes the whole world has been taken over by this insidious disease called "PC Fever." But in NASCAR it takes on even worse forms. Plus NASCAR racing is supposed to be our getaway from the real world! It used to be if driver "A" was ticked at driver "B" he would let that guy know in no uncertain terms. Now except for a few drivers the whole garage area has gone politically correct in the name of huge corporate sponsors. But even worse is that a high percentage of NASCRA fans have gone PC too! Fans have nothing to lose by being themselves but maybe the disease in the real world crosses over to NASCAR without any ability to stop it. If I hear one more fan say that Kyle Busch or another driver should race with more respect I am going to throw up! This is not rhythmic gymnastics this is hard-core racing! Strap them in and let them do battle on the track. If something that is done or said hurts someone's precious feelings then too damn bad! Can you imagine any of our hero racers from the old days worried about a little contact? If you want to see racing where everyone gets along and respects each other and never touch on the track may I suggest Formula One? Politically correct NASCAR racing sucks!
